I'm very comfortable with:
- 5-7 Strength workouts / week
- Muscle group twice a week
- 3-10 working sets per muscle group in 1 workout
- 2+ minutes of rest between sets
- Depending on Cutting or Maintaining I prefer 6-15 reps in each set
